While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. If you do wish to return an item you are entitled to exchange, receive a credit or a full refund excluding delivery costs.
Clever Clogs is more than happy to exchange or refund goods purchased online for up to 14 days of receipt, provided goods are returned to our online store in their original, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.
All undamaged correctly returned products will be refunded to your account within 7 days. We will reimburse postage for damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items only.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned product that is damaged by the recipient due to lack of care or disregard of care or washing instructions.

How to Make a Return
Fill out the details on the Returns Form, including whether you would like a refund OR exchange. Place it in your parcel along with the goods to be returned or exchanged. Send the parcel to:

Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by phone or email of your exchange or refund entitlement.
Goods are returned to Clever Clogs at your own expense unless the item is faulty. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and are returned to us by registered mail with a tracking number. Please note that Clever Clogs is not responsible for the damage or loss of items being returned.
You can exchange any goods within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange an item please contact us as soon as possible to reserve another item. Enter the details on the Returns Form with your order of the goods you would like to receive. If the same style is being exchanged for a different size or colour, once we receive your return we will send out your new item/items free of charge.
Your refund will be credited back to the original purchases account and will exclude delivery costs, unless the item is faulty. Please be aware it may take several days for the refund to show in your account.
